Never. The studio reframes, reorders, and surfaces your real experience to fit a role. A guardrail enforced in code strips any claim that isn't grounded in your actual profile.

Does HiR apply to jobs automatically?

Only if you turn on full-auto and set a score threshold and a weekly cap, and only to high-confidence fits via sanctioned endpoints. You can keep it fully manual, where HiR drafts and you one-tap.

How is the fit score calculated?

A transparent weighted model: skills & experience 35%, seniority 20%, location/remote 15%, compensation 15%, company fit 15%. Hard gates run first and can zero a match.

Is my data private?

Your CV and history are encrypted. You get full export and delete (GDPR/CCPA), explicit revocable consent for any auto-apply, and a per-action audit log. Your data is never sold.
